TEMPLATE USAGE
Usage of JoomlaJet templates on new projects are only allowed if your membership is current. Domain usage and download limits are monitored daily though our Download Limitation Bot and reports are generated every day for all members.
Breaching the conditions of membership is a legal matter. These will result in membership cancellation and further legal parties involved.
You may use each individual template on a single website only,
belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same
template once more in order to make another project with the same
design.
Developer Package members have unlimited usage on websites and domains.
LICENSE
Our website grants you non-exclusive rights to use the templates sold through our web site.
MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our templates to fit your purposes.
TEMPLATE RELEASES
Joomlajet is not a template clucb and is not bound to having to release templates regularly. JoomlaJet is committed to releasing new templates, however, the schedule remains the discretion of JoomlaJet.
Tableless Templates
All JoomlaJet templates are fully tableless. The Joomla CMS by default will output tables which are independent from the templates themselves.

RETURN POLICY
We do not issue refunds after a product is bought, By purchasing any product from JoomlaJet implies that you have read and accepted these terms.

You may not resell any of our templates, modified or unmodified, without prior written consent from JoomlaJet.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" . In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
PHOTO AND FONT USAGE
All images used on JoomlaJet Templates have been given approval for usage. We thank in particular members from http://www.sxc.hu and http://www.freephotos.com.
Fonts are not included in packages. For free fonts please visit DaFont
DELIVERY
All files can be downloaded immediatelly after payment is processed. Credits are allocated automatically to your account after successfull payment. If you are having problems downloading your package please contact us .
FREE SQL FILES
Joomlajet offer the open source SQL files with the templates as a complimentary for your convenience and do not charge for this. The file is delivered automatically with the template package and the use of it is solely dependent on the user. JoomlaJet templates are not reliant on this file. We do not recommend importing the sql file into a Mambo CMS as the structures are increasingly different.
